About

A movement for dreamers.

Founder of Eulogy Consulting with family at sunset

Jeremy Hardy has spent more than 15 years leading non-profit ministries — building them from the ground up, developing teams, and watching what happens when vision meets faithful execution.

Over that time he discovered a gift: the ability to see, even in the earliest stages, how an idea can ripple outward and make a genuine kingdom impact. He helps founders and leaders spot the outcomes before the roadmap is drawn, then walks with them to build something that lasts.

I've always been a dreamer and a hustler. You'd think that's the perfect recipe for launching a ministry — but what I lacked was planning and reviewing.

When a dream came, I didn't pause to map it out. I went straight to the hustle. And once that hustle was done, I moved on to the next dream — never looking back at what we'd built, what worked, and how I could have made it better.

I see that same gap in most ministries and start-ups. We dream, we do, but we never sit with the work long enough to learn from the road we walked.

I learned all of this the hard way. I made the mistakes so you don't have to. Eulogy Co. exists to help you wake up every day knowing your calling — and walk it out with a disciplined heart.

Jeremy lives with his wife Meghan and their three daughters, Olivia, Celia, and Alyana, in Wilmington, NC.
