Jeremy Hardy has spent more than 15 years leading non-profit ministries building them from the ground up, developing teams, and watching what happens when vision meets faithful execution.

Over that time he discovered a gift: the ability to see, even in the earliest stages, how an idea can ripple outward and make a genuine kingdom impact. He helps founders and leaders spot the outcomes before the roadmap is drawn, then walks with them to build something that lasts.

Jeremy currently serves as an Executive Director of a local YMCA and is currently involved in a $15 million dollar capital expansion.

Jeremy lives with his wife Meghan and their three daughters, Olivia, Celia, and Alyana, in Wilmington, NC. For hobbies he loves mountain biking, eating Oreos, watching his girls grow up, and seeing how he can make his wife laugh each day.
